We have been here multiple times. The free fryday promo is always nice… but choose carefully when you come, because not ll fries are created equal. This trip we did the 2 chicken sandwiches for $10 deal. They were okay… not great, not bad. The fries are what shined. We had Cajun fries and taco fries. Both were absolutely amazing. In the past we have had a few varieties of burgers, and generally they are good… probably better than the chicken.

I stopped here for lunch while shopping in the area. The staff was great, very welcoming and friendly. I had the Taco Fries. For me, I would have preferred them to be crispier, a lot crispier. I don’t believe it would as rhetorical taco stuff making them soggy, but they just needed to be cooked/fried longer. The taco stuff was fine. I will give this a try again, but next time I will just get a burger with some regular french fries.

Sunday, 03/17/24 2:00: We’ve been here a dozen times or so. The burger is always excellent, the fries are pretty good, limp unlike the past. The fries are very pricey. The service is very good but the place over the last year is not as well kept. Some of the center post tables have been broken down for months, the tops wobble way too much because they aren’t screwed down correctly. And, this time like the last couple of times the tables aren’t at all wiped down. If it weren’t so cold out we’d have eaten out. A thin middle-aged woman and younger man were cooking and bringing the food out and trying to keep up with the trash on the tables and counters. Another female employee 40s-50s was hanging out at a table on her cell phone the 25 minutes we were inside. Reviews from Fall 2023 follow: So second time we’ve been here. First time I ordered a cheese burger and fries. The burger was cooked to order, hot, juicy and fresh and the fries are thin, crispy outside and doughy inside. Great. This time I made a mistake and ordered a J Burger. 2 Pattie’s and bacon, cheese, all the toppings and fries. Wow! My wife who’s always on a diet ate 1/3 of everything. BTW, if you haven’t noticed the average 1/3-1/2 lb burger at most places these days is $15, this is 1/2 the price. McD’s will cost you almost as much for a meal and it would take 2 meals to fill me as much. $6.99-7.99 is very, very reasonable for the burgers. Very reasonable. It’s post-pandemic 2023 people.

I am hooked and I can’t wait to go back! My bacon Burger and truffle parm fries were delicious and the staff was very nice! Next time I’ll be trying the milkshakes. I do not recommend the chicken strips that was the only thing I did not like but it’s a burger place so I’m not deducting stars for that.

Good food at prices similar to other sit down burger joints. Built my own burger and decided to try the garlic cheese fries. Burger was a very thin patty for quicker/easier cooking. Bacon was well salted and bbq sauce was good. Fries were crispy to start, but quickly got soft being soaked in the aoili. Felt there was way too much aoili on the fries, but that is personal opinion. Going to come back next time I am in the area to try another type of fries (they have a bunch of different combos of them). Was the perfect place to fix my burger craving.

Located at 110 Albany Turnpike in Canton, Connecticut, Jefferson Fry Company - Canton stands out as a vibrant destination for burger enthusiasts and fry aficionados alike. This casual hamburger restaurant artfully blends classic comfort food with inventive twists, delivering a menu that celebrates both simplicity and bold flavor.

The heart of their offering lies in the diverse selection of fries that have rightly become their signature. From the indulgent Poutine Fries and rich Truffle Parmesan Fries to the spicy kick of Buffalo Fries and the bold zest in their Chicken Curry Loaded Fries, each variety presents a unique taste experience. Customers repeatedly rave about the fries—whether it's the crispy Cajun or zesty Taco Fries, or the garlicky charm of Garlic Aioli Fries.
